More Sales, Less Stress—Here’s How
No fluff. No wasted time. Just a clear, proven way to grow your e-commerce business.
Just sell more products.
Write this down every day before you start working on your store.
E-commerce can seem like a complicated system when you look online.
It’s not.
I guarantee that whatever profession or craft you’ve mastered in life was MUCH harder than this.
Yes, there will be challenges, but they only come after you’re doing this for a living.
If it feels hard right now, it’s simply because you’re confused about the actual next steps.
Selling products is easy—when you do it correctly.
By writing down "Sell more products," you remind yourself of the true goal.
You don’t need more traffic, more apps, a redesign, CRO, Klaviyo, upsell apps, SMS win-back campaigns, advanced segmentation, SEO, page speed optimization…
You don’t need any of that crap (right now).
Just sell more products.
I’ve reviewed way too many product pages optimized for search engines—robots—not for real people who actually want to buy.
Sell more products (to humans).
E-commerce is simply selling products for more than they cost you to produce.
You can do this:
With any theme (many succeed using the Dawn theme).
With any predictable source of traffic.
With any product.
There are only three reasons people don’t buy (more):
They don’t understand the product – Don’t talk about features. Talk about benefits.
They don’t trust your store – Your store needs to meet a minimum design standard to look professional (but don’t overdo it).
You have low-intent or limited traffic – Traffic is no longer an issue with platforms like Meta. Just make sure you get #1 and #2 right and that your campaigns are optimized for conversions, not just traffic.
Even if you ignore everything else—
❌ No email collection
❌ No SEO
❌ No Advanced stores
…you will still sell more products.
The hardest skill in e-commerce?
Knowing what to prioritize.
When someone tries to sell you a tool or strategy, ask yourself:
Does this help me sell more products?
If Dadgang can sell $1M/month in hats on a Dawn theme without ever writing an article or designing his store, you can hit your sales goal too.
That’s why in my coaching, I don’t measure success by how much you’ve learned but by how much more you’re selling.
More often than not, I have to help members unlearn things before they start seeing results.
Take Allison, for example.
She makes incredible hand-crafted jewelry.
At first, she thought getting sales was the hard part.
Turns out, that making jewelry is MUCH harder than selling it.
She just needed a little direction. Now, she’s running her own business—and barely even needs me anymore.
This is what she had to say about our help 👇
In summary:
Keep the main thing the main thing.
Just sell more products.
Happy selling,
Flo
